They were helpful and efficient. They kept in touch by email and phone. The goods were forwarded within the time frame they gave me. They fitted in with my movements as far as they could within their timetable. My goods were delivered safely with no damage.
My goods where delay to deliver it , didnt told me what paper work need it just last minute! The qoute cost compare to another shiping company was expensive .

The goods were shipped on time and arrived at Aqaba port on the confirmed date as per your booking.
The reason why the goods did not get released from Aqaba in good time is because you forgot to send the original bills of lading to the receiver. As per your instructions we sent the originals to your UK address on 21/04/17 for you to send on to Jordan. We offered to send them via courier for you but you declined.
I have looked back at the rate provided to you and this is very reasonable. I am sure that if we were unreasonbale you would not have chosen Worldwide Shipping to export your goods.
Very good service. Took us through the whole process of importing 2 ambulances from Guernsey (non-EU) with no problems at all.
Good, reliable, economical service. Only issues were my boxes were a bit squashed when they arrived and the courier at the delivery end (DHL) didn’t phone when he couldn’t find my door bell so I had to rearrange another date.

I would have no hesitation in using Worldwide Shipping again. They kept me totally informed of where my goods where every step of the way and delivered them in pe3rfect condition and on time. Brett was really helpful, guided us through something we had never done before, a true star!
I used this company to ship a few boxes to the USA from the UK when I moved. They were late to pick up the boxes and did not adhere to the time slot they arranged. We waited in for them for hours beyond the allotted time. When the boxes arrived they looked like they had been thrown off the back of a truck. Boxes were crushed, ripped and had holes in them. I used double boxes as recommended, and I was glad I did because otherwise all my stuff would have been totally ruined.

Thankfully you did pack your goods well and i believe no breakages or losses were reported. Again thank you for bringing this to our attention. As for late collection, our carrier does give us a window for pickup but due to the nature of transport sometimes these times are not adhered to. there could be numerous reasons why the driver was late, more than often it is traffic or unforeseen delays at previous collection/ delivery points. we do our very best to offer a good service at a competitive price and we are sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.

A certificate of shipment was sent out to you by email on 15/02/2016 @ 09:55. I have re-sent a copy to you this morning.
Your goods are currently be undergoing US customs clearance, this process is currently taking between 2-3 weeks, unfortunately we have no control over this.
Our overseas agent will contact you once your goods are released to arrange a delivery date delivery.

Very very bad service I feel as if Mr. farmer deceived me out of paying more and then asked for more when my goods were already delivered. Please see my comments below.
On 20-Jan-2016 the supplier responded:Thank you very much for your response. As explained at the time of booking the increase was due to a mistake i made when calculating the overall cost, i have apologised for this. The correct price was given to you before you made any payment to us and you were under no obligation to proceed with your booking.
I contacted you for additional payment as our original quote was based on 203kg (447lbs). The overall weight received for your shipment was 243kg (536lbs). An increase of 40kg. This was emailed across to you on 24/11/2015 @ 11:09. I had not forgotten to include any charges, the price altered due to the increased weight.
This is the first response i have seen in regards to any damage to the goods. I have checked the POD (Proof of delivery) and nothing has been noted as damaged or missing. Your effects were packed by yourself and I do not know the quality of packaging used. It would be unfair to assume that your packages were mishandled. Reference missing items were any of the boxes received unopened, since this has not been noted on the proof of delivery.
To summarise the original quote was approximately one year old and you accepted the ammended quotation to reflect “today’s” rates. The price was based on 203 kgs however was check weighed and found to be 243 kgs hence the additional charge.

Once the airline has control of the shipment, ultimately they decide when your freight will arrive at the destination which is normally dictated by space availability. We used Qatar airlines which tranship via Doha. As per tracking below there was a backlog problem at Doha.This delay was beyond our company’s control and we kept you informed throughout the shipment.

Bad because though I was told to look through the bill of laden of which I sent a scanned copy by email ,your agent should have alerted me of a missing alphabet in the vin which was clearly missing. I

The price quoted was very good considering my goods were send by air. Once my goods were uplifted in the UK they arrived at the destination within 10 days all clearedI found the boxes not to be of top quality. I went to price boxes the same size as WWS and for the same price as yours, the walls of the box were of better cardboard than yours. Consequently my boxes arrived squashed. Had I not taped around your boxes top & bottom, they would have burst at the seems.The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. You have a very good team.I would recommend your company anyday.Thank you again.

Very good service – the only issue was that the timing and date for delivery was changed and I had to keep calling to find out when the boxes would arrive…
Because there is an 8 hours time difference where we are, it was difficult to communicate on a timeline, but WorldWide employees were very courteous, helpful and left messages when possible. We also had to delay the shipment a couple of times, but WorldWide were always polite and did not make a big fuss over the delays. I would use them again.

The advice and information that I was given regarding import duty on my goods bore no resemblance to what actually happened in reality. Even though they have agents here in Vietnam to advise them, I was left with the impression that they were only after my money to get the goods to Vietnam and, after that, I was on my own even though I had paid for a door to door service.
Perhaps I should bill them for the hundreds of dollars in tax that I ended up paying.
Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely not.

Normally there would be no duty payable at destination if Customs accept that the items are for personal use and not for resale. Apart from having to pay some duty according to our tracking your items were delivered on a door to door basis. We are sorry that you view it is our fault that duty was payable in Vietnam.
On 02-Feb-2015 the customeradded:I have not said that it was your fault that duty was payable – I have said that the advice that you gave me regarding this was false; you told me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything.
The goods were delivered to me was because my secretary made numerous phone calls, I had to go for an interview to their head office, another colleague had to go there on another occasion on my behalf and I was fortunate enough to have a resident’s card. If I hadn’t previously obtained one of these, my goods would have been impounded and I would not have received them. The customs officer told me this himself. The process took weeks more than you estimated.
Not much of a ‘door to door’ service in my case – I’m sure that you’ll agree.

The whole exercise to ship our furnishings, table ware and kitchen equipmentwas just great. The standard of packing was so good there were no damages or breakages. The shipment was held up due to Christmas at the docks and it did come a bit later than we had expected. Many thanks.

On 30-Jan-2015 the supplier responded:Yes this was unfortunate the container docked late 18th Dec and cleared customs on Monday 22nd December. Due to the time of the year the Shipping line had no transport availability in order to move the container from the port to our warehouse. I personally contacted every haulage company requesting transport but to no avail. Even though the shipping line normally undertake UK transport deliveries which at other times of the year is efficient and with minimal delay on this occassion they couldn’t – Storage and demurrage costs still apply and such costs were shared amongst all of the importers dependent on the volume. Very unfortunate but beyond our control.
Understood what I wanted and did just that.
Delivered on time, very helpful guys would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was disappointed when I went to collect the car as Sullivan Maritime made a charge of over £100 and had I used that were recommended by yourselves then it would have been an even bigger charge. I think I should have been told the amount as I could have had the shipment cheaper from other companies had I known about this big charge.
